The Great Gatsby

Howdy!
So my 4th book was The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I had to read it for school and of course, I sped right through the book. It was a quick read and it really was lovely. That book is really messed up but I enjoyed it. I’d love to go to one of Gatsby’s parties! It’s a classic, do I really have to rate it?

The 5th Wave and The Infinite Sea

Hello, Everyone!

The second and third books that I’ve read this year are the 5th Wave and the Infinite Sea by Rick Yancey. I have to say that I absolutely loved these two books. I’ve seen the 5th wave in bookstores but didn’t pick it up but one day during my book sprees I decided to pick up both the first and second book and I am so happy that I did.

All I can think about is the insane plot twist at the end of the second book. I freaked out after reading that. It’s such a great book to read. Truly thought to provoke, I couldn’t put down these books when I was reading them. Definitely a good read. It gets a 4 out 5 stars!😍📖More coming soon…

The Books I’ve Read So Far This Year

Hello, All!

I’ve given myself 19 books to read this year because I turned 19 this year. I am proud to say that halfway through the year I’ve already finished 17. I wanted to share all the books I’ve read so here you go! (It’s all in the order I’ve read them)

First Book is Looking for Alaska. It’s a bit of a cheat because I started it in December and finished it in January but I read most of it in 2015.

This book gets a 3.5 out of 5 stars. I guessed what was going to happen in the book because of heck, the whole book was counting down to something. I didn’t want what happened to happen but it did and I was sad. The book was really good though. I enjoyed reading it. I read it slowly because I didn’t want what was going to happen to happen so I figured if I read slow. It wouldn’t happen BUT it did. I need a break from reading John Green. I get so emotional reading his books. I’ve got to take a break from John Green 😢More coming soon…
